M.A.P. (Mentorship - Aftercare - Presence) is an ecumenical Christian ministry of support to people leaving prison in the Ottawa region. A MAP Team is created with the person leaving prison being the focus of support (focal member), and 3 other people (coaches) providing the Mentorship, Aftercare and Presence. The Team's aim is to help facilitate the focal member's reintegration into society in such a way that they become a productive member of the wider community.

MAP is exactly what I needed.-Bob
