As a MAP Team we covenant ourselves to each other in the following ways as all MAP Teams do:
(this part of the covenant does not change from Team to Team)

· We will meet together as a team on average every two weeks.
· All coaches will make contact with the focal member at least once between meetings.
· We will strive to have open and honest communication with each other.
· Short notes on the meeting will be taken each week and will be shared with the MAP Supervisor.
· The Team's facilitator will speak with the supervisor at least once a month.
· In a crisis the Team will respond in a substantial way with 24 hours.

Confidentiality: Except for discussions with the MAP Supervisor, what is shared in the MAP Team stays in the Team. The Team facilitator will speak to the MAP Supervisor once a month. The revelation of anything that may harm a member of the Team or others, will be discussed among the Team and appropriate action will be taken.
